Overview

The Marketing List Formatter ("the Tool") is a free utility provided by Veyra Solutions to help real estate investors reformat property CSV exports for direct mail and text/call marketing campaigns. Veyra Solutions is not affiliated with any data provider. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

By using the Tool, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

What data we collect

When you use the Tool, the following information is processed:

• Your uploaded file — the raw CSV or Excel export you upload from your data provider. This file typically contains property records including owner names, mailing addresses, and phone numbers.
• Your return email address — used solely to deliver your processed output files.
• Campaign configuration — the settings you input (campaign name, pricing strategy, column selections, etc.). This is used only to process your request.
• Feedback opt-in email — if you check the opt-in box, we retain your email address to occasionally follow up about your experience with the Tool.

How your data is used

• Your uploaded file is processed on our private server to generate formatted output files. It is not shared with any third party.
• Output files are emailed to the return address you provide and then deleted from our server.
• We do not use your uploaded data for any purpose beyond fulfilling your immediate request.
• If you opted in to follow-up contact, we may email you to ask how the Tool worked for your use case. You can opt out at any time by replying to any such email.

Data storage and retention

• Uploaded files and output files are stored temporarily on our server during processing and are deleted after delivery.
• We do not maintain a database of your uploaded property records.
• Return email addresses are not retained beyond the processing of your request, unless you have opted in to follow-up contact.
• Opt-in email addresses are stored securely and used only for the purpose described above.

Third-party services

The Tool uses the following third-party services:

• Gmail (Google) — used to deliver your output files to the return email address you provide. Your email address is transmitted to Google's mail infrastructure for this purpose. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

No other third-party services receive your data. We do not use analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers.

Data from third parties

The property records in your uploaded files originate from your chosen data provider and public records sources. Veyra Solutions is not affiliated with any data provider. You are responsible for ensuring your use of that data complies with your data provider's terms of service and applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act where applicable to your campaigns.

Your responsibilities

By uploading data through this Tool, you represent that:

• You have the legal right to process and use the data contained in your upload.
• Your use of the output files complies with applicable federal and state laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable Do Not Call regulations.
• You understand that DNC filtering (if enabled) relies on flags present in your source data and does not constitute a guarantee of legal compliance.

Security

The Tool runs on a privately operated server with standard security practices in place. File transfers occur over HTTPS. We do not guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet, and you use the Tool at your own risk.

Children's privacy

The Tool is intended for use by real estate professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
